Warranty

WARRANTY:  Items are  covered by USA Color  90-DAY WARRANTY.
Warranty is limited to repair, refund or replacement of equipment, at USA Color discretion. Warranty does not include the cost of rentals, lost fees, or other expenditures. Warranty is voided in the event of customer damage or misuse. Any repair without our pre-authorization will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return goods to USA Color and USA Color pays for the return shipment to the customer. Retain your invoice as proof of purchase for warranty claims. Before sending any items back to USA Color  or to any repair center, please contact Us to usaminilab@yahoo.com

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ON A PURCHASE We will be glad to refund your money or exchange the item, whatever is more convenient for you. We do not accept returns on items sold as is. *DOA / Refunds:  If it is NOT working, then we will refund your return shipping cost and ONLY with an approved RMA #. If an item is returned to us, retested and is working, then the return shipping is non-refundable.
